A: And33's (or Andee's) is pronounced just like "Andy's."

Q: What's with all the artists & curators?
A: Like other thrift stores, we sell unique, secondhand treasures, an array of clothes, and other neat things for a low price. But, unlike other thrift stores, Andee's is also collective of local artists & curators who sell their goods in our space. Q: Can I just bring in (insert item) for you to look at?
A: While we're always looking for new curators, we ask that you send us pictures of your pieces before bringing them into the store, since we have limited space to store items and can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you an answer if you just stop by. Text pictures to 321-300-4083, or email them to email@example.com, along with your name and your desired price point for the piece(s).

Q: I want to commission an artist to create something for me. How do I do that?
A: Many of the artists and artisans we work with offer custom work. To see a full list of our artists & curators, click here. To see if the artist is available for custom work, just hover over their photo or click to visit their profile for more information. As we’re still working on our website, you can always contact us just to make sure they’re not offering custom work.
Q: Does Andee's sell online?
A: Yes, and we ship nationwide! Click here to visit our online store.
Q: I see you have furniture, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for. Can I make adjustments?
A: Absolutely! We will refinish, reupholster, and repurpose just about anything--in store, or from your home. See a chair that you'd like if it were a different color? Ask us, and we'll make it happen. We even build furniture from scratch, so be sure to ask about our custom builds, or take a look here. To see our full list of services, click here.
Q: Custom furniture? That sounds expensive.
A: Not always! At Andee's, we believe everyone should have access to handcrafted furniture made just for them, regardless of your income. We make it affordable to create the perfect piece with our built-to-budget option. Schedule a free consultation to discuss pricing options.
Q: Why are some of the online pieces missing pictures?
A: We're still in the process of setting up our store online, so it may take a little while to get everything caught up. If you have questions about our current inventory, feel free to give us a call or send us an email.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: If you live in the greater Orlando area and would like something delivered, we will deliver within ten miles of our shop for as low as $25. We typically do deliveries on Saturdays. To schedule an item's delivery, visit the services page and fill out the form under the 'Deliveries' section, or mention delivery during checkout in store and one of our associates will assist you.
Q: I have a piece of used furniture I want to get rid of. Will you take it?
A: If the price is right (free is our favorite), we might! Please refrain from bringing any items--furniture or otherwise--into the store before speaking with one of our associates, as we have limited space and cannot "hold" items for assessment. Our owner makes the final call, but cannot be here 24/7; that being said, we ask that you send good quality photos to us via text or email instead. After we've received your photos, somebody will contact you to let you know if we are interested in the item or not.
Q: Do you buy used clothes?
A: Although we do have a selection of clothing items in store, our main focus is not in dealing used clothing. We typically don't purchase items outright, and instead will create consignment agreements with sellers, but typically we do not buy used clothes unless they are unusual, flashy, or vintage.
Q: What kinds of clothes do you sell?
A: Vintage, retro, handmade, cool clothes are our go-to. You never know what you might find on the rack!
Q: Do you sell jewelry?
A: Yep! We have both pieces we've acquired, as well as handmade jewelry crafted by artisans we work with.
Q: Do you sell (insert thing here)?
A: Our inventory frequently cycles in and out, so to make sure we have what you're looking for, feel free to contact us directly via phone or email.
Q: Are you flexible with prices? Can I haggle?
A: If you see something you like, you're welcome to make us an offer!
Q: Do you have any discounts or specials?
A: All of the current Featured Artist's items are 10% off (this may apply to custom work as well). We also share a Secret Word every weekend--just say the word and you'll save 10% on everything! We'll often have sales for holidays, special events, or on certain items, so be sure to check our events page to see what's coming up.
Q: I like saving money and saying fun words! Where do I find the Secret Word?
A: Every Friday, we post the Secret Word on our various social media pages and to our events page. Although we include the definition, you just need to say the word to get the discount! The Secret Word is only valid for Friday and Saturday, and changes every weekend.
